Learning Sessions.
- Strengthen leadership practices to support the implementation of the Gradual Release of Responsibility (GRR) model, incorporating differentiated instructional strategies and fostering reflective practices with feedback.
- Develop leadership skills to create schedules that efficiently optimize instructional time, ensure comprehensive coverage of curriculum content, and seamlessly incorporate differentiated instruction.
- Build the expertise to systematically utilize data for informed decision-making, develop strategic planning skills to set long-term educational goals, and effectively communicate data findings and strategic plans.
- Enhance educational effectiveness by aligning curriculum components with educational standards, evaluate instructional materials that align with learning objectives, and implement effective assessment strategies within curriculum design to ensure a comprehensive and standards-driven learning experience.
In-district Coaching Sessions.
- The leadership team will receive actionable tools on coaching days, ensuring the necessary support to lead unit design effectively within the district.
- The coaching process will provide personalized and specific feedback tailored to current district practices, fostering continuous improvement and guiding forward planning for the refinement of unit design strategies.
- CESA 6 Literacy will support the leadership team in creating district implementation plans specifically focused on aligning unit design strategies with a targeted approach to improve literacy instruction and enhance literacy outcomes across the district.
