Learning Walks: Leveraging Teacher Collaboration (Pathway 4)
CESA 6 Districts: $8,400 / Non-CESA 6 Districts: $9,000
This service is designed for systems that have already initiated learning walks and are ready to take the next step in deepening their impact. It focuses on supporting leaders and teacher teams in understanding impactful literacy instruction through the use of high-leverage "look-fors" that identify key teaching practices. Participants will learn how to collaborate effectively with colleagues to collect instructional data and analyze it to inform targeted improvement strategies.
Through structured collaboration, teams will share insights and learn from each other, ultimately implementing new, evidence-based practices in classrooms to drive sustained literacy growth. This process fosters a culture of continuous learning and ensures that all educators are aligned in their efforts to improve student outcomes.
