This two-day workshop is centered on building a strong, collaborative partnership between coaches and principals to drive literacy success. Coaches and principals will define clear roles and establish a unified approach to literacy instructional practices by aligning their efforts around shared literacy goals and expectations.
The service will include dedicated time to create a meeting schedule, set communication protocols, and outline expectations for ongoing collaboration.
