The Intercultural Conflict Style (ICS®) Inventory can be used in various training programs as well as high school and university classes. The ICS Inventory provides a powerful, effective developmental education or training tool for building intercultural competence. It is also compatible with the use of the Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI), also developed by Mitchell R. Hammer, Ph.D. The IDI® provides a cross-culturally valid and reliable assessment of individual, team, and organizational levels of intercultural competence.
