Equity / Minority Group Relations Statutory Stipulation Module

Applicants must complete preparation that demonstrates their knowledge and understanding of minority group relations, including all of the following:
- History, culture, and contributions of women and various racial, cultural, language, and economic groups in the United States
- Philosophical and psychological bases of attitude development and change
- Psychological and social implications of discrimination, especially racism and sexism in the United States
- Evaluation and assessment of the forces of discrimination, especially racism and sexism on administrators, teachers, pupils, assessment, curriculum, and instruction in schools
- Minority group relations through direct involvement with various racial, cultural, language, and economic groups in the United States

Goals
Remove license stipulations by successfully completing a WI DPI required training for Equity/Minority Group Relations.
Who might benefit from participating?
This stipulation applies to teacher licenses in ALL teacher, administrator, and pupil services categories.
Outcomes/Deliverables
Upon completing the module, you will receive a certificate of completion, which must be submitted to the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction through the Educator Licensing Online (ELO) portal.
