  • Build your personal coaching philosophy.
  • Video Protocol: Introduction to Asking Better Questions.
  • Data Collection Tools for the Classroom.
Session 4
  • Topic: TBD based on the needs of the group.
  • Align personal coaching philosophy to district coaching mission/vision.
  • Just a minute conversation.
  • Looking ahead to next year and reflecting on year 1.

Who might benefit from participating?

  • 1st and 2nd year Literacy and Instructional Coaches who are new to coaching

  • Administrators/principals in the pre-academy half-day session and in Session #3

One (1) pre-academy, half-day, in-person session for principals/administrators

Four (4) one-on-one virtual check-ins for each coach
