Assessment Details

  • The CQ 360 Assessment is designed to assess individual and observer-rated capabilities in the four factors and 13 sub-dimensions of Cultural Intelligence (CQ) as well as individual behavior preferences

  • The IDI® is a widely used and effective cross-culturally valid assessment for building cultural competence

  • The ICS® Inventory is an easy to use, cross-culturally validated assessment of an individual's approach to communicating, resolving conflicts and solving problems

  • All assessments are available to be taken in English, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, French, and German, and certain assessments offer additional language selections
