The goal of the CESA 6 District Administrator Effectiveness Project® Performance Evaluation System is to support the continuous growth of the district administrator by monitoring, analyzing, and applying pertinent data compiled within a meaningful feedback system. The system provides a school board with an effective tool to set expectations and participate in ongoing collaborative conversations, creating the conditions that can lead to district administrator retention.

Because the goal of a performance evaluation system is to continuously improve District Administrator practice, DAPES embeds a Plan, Do, Study, and Act (PDSA) cycle within its system.
