The coaching and mentoring program is designed to provide employees an opportunity to network, obtain new resources, and insights into best practices to assist in their professional development from the perspective of an experienced professional. This program is designed for mentees to have access to expert advice to guide them through the challenges of their new role while providing relief to the manager as their single point of contact for guidance as they acclimate to the district.
